Shall the Rafter J Fire Protection District be dissolved pursuant to the provisions of C.R.S. 32-1-701 et seq., effective January 1, 2000, on the condition that the property currently located within the Rafter J Fire Protection District be included within the Animas Fire Protection District effective January 1, 2000, and on the further condition that all financial obligations of Rafter J Fire Protection District be paid in full prior to the effective date of the dissolution?
