Shall the following described area become part of the Animas Fire Protection District upon the following conditions?
Area to be included: All that property currently located within the boundaries of the Rafter J Fire Protection District.
Summary of Conditions: If the inclusion is approved, then the Rafter J Fire Protection District shall be dissolved concurrently with the inclusion of the described area in the Animas Fire Protection District, with the inclusion and the dissolution to be effective January 1, 2000. Upon the effective date of the inclusion, the described property shall be subject to the mill levy imposed by the Animas Fire Protection District.
