Shall term limits be eliminated for the office of La Plata County Clerk and Recording Article XVIII, Section 11(2) of the Colorado Constitution allows voters to eliminate term limits, which would enable local elected officials to serve as long as the voters of La Plata County wish to re-elect them to office.
