Shall pine river cemetery district taxes be increased by a mill levy in the first full year (2010 taxes payable in 2011) sufficient to produce total property tax revenue of $35,000, which amount is less than the current year's property tax revenue, and shall such amount ($35,000), adjusted for local growth and inflation as provided in article x, section 20 of the colorado constitution, and investment income thereon be collected and spent by the district in future years as a voter-approved revenue change without regard to any spending, revenue- raising, or other limitations contained within article x, section 20 of the colorado constitution, or section 29-1-301, colorado revised statutes, and without limiting in any year the amount of other revenues that may be collected and spent by the district?
