Shall the Fort Lewis Mesa Fire Protection District taxes be increased by one hundred twenty thousand, Seven Hundred Three Dollars ($120,703)(first fiscal year dollar increase) and by whatever additional amounts are raised annually thereafter by an additional ad valorem property tax levy of two and one half (2.5) mills, (resulting in an expected 2019 annual increase of $18.00 for residence worth $100,000), and shall such increase in revenues and any investment income thereon be collected and spent as a voter approved revenue change as an exception to any spending, revenue raising or other limitation of Article X, Section 20 of the Colorado Constitution or any other law; and shall the revenue from the District property tax levy and investment income thereon also be approved for 2019 and each subsequent year thereafter as an increased levy under C.R.S. Section 29-1-302?
