Shall Purgatory Metropolitan District taxes be increased up to $600,000 in 2023 and by whatever amounts are raised annually thereafter from a sales tax to commence on January 1, 2023 at a rate not to exceed 2.5%, with the proceeds of such taxes used for roads, safety protection, transportation and any other uses authorized by law; and shall all District revenues be collected, retained and spent by the District notwithstanding any limits provided by law?
