Shall Durango School District 9-R Taxes be Increased by $3.2 Million Dollars annually beginning in Collection Year 2011 by the imposition of a Mill Levy Sufficient to Generate such amount for General Fund Purposes, which may include but are not limited to the following:

- Providing funding for high quality education through investment in small class sizes;
- Providing funding for attracting and retaining quality teachers and staff;
-Investing in innovative, high quality student programs and technology to prepare students for jobs of the future;

And shall such increase be an additional property tax mill levy in excess of the levy authorized for the District's General Fund; and shall the district be authorized to collect, retain and spend all revenues from such taxes and the earnings from the investment of such revenues as a voter approved revenue change and an exception to the limits which would otherwise apply under Article X, Section 20 of the Colorado Constitution?
