Reestablishing the right of the Town of Bayfield to provide high-speed internet services, telecommunications services, and/or cable television services.

Without increasing taxes, shall the Town of Bayfield be authorized to reestablish the right to provide high-speed internet services (advanced service), telecommunications services, and/or cable television services (all as defined in §29-27-102, Colorado Revised Statutes) to residents, businesses, schools, libraries, nonprofit entities and other users of such services, either directly or indirectly with public or private sector partners?
