Shall Ignacio-Allison-Oxford Cemetery District taxes be increased by an amount not to exceed $42,709 annually in the first full year (2018 taxes payable in 2019), and by whatever additional amounts are raised annually thereafter by a mill levy at a rate of 0.475 mills for the purpose of paying the District's administration, operation, maintenance and other expenses of the District without limitation; and shall the District be authorized to collect, retain and spend the proceeds of such taxes and all other amounts received annually from any revenue sources whatsoever as a voter-approved revenue change without regard to any spending, revenue-raising or other limitation contained within Article X, Section 20 of the Colorado Constitution, Section 29-1-301, C.R.S., or any other law?
